Manual tasks related to members can be managed through the different tabs within each member’s page
A Member Hold is a temporary suspension or freeze of a member’s membership plan, initiated by member or staff.
When a member or Staff places a member / membership on hold, they typically pause their payments and access to the club for a specified period of time.
A member hold may be applied to one or all memberships held by member.
There are four hold types to be aware of;
Manual Holds - individual member hold - initiated by member or staff - applied manually by staff
Online Holds - individual member hold - initiated by member - applied manually by member via Member Portal
Automated Holds - individual member hold - initiated by GymMaster - applied automatically in response to pre-defined trigger event, such as unpaid fees
Mass Holds - bulk member hold - initiated by staff request - applied by GymMaster Support Team - requires notice in advance
